The American tenor Gregory Kunde will perform in Manon Lescaut, by Puccini, at the Teatro Regio di Torino from March 14th to March 26th and then at the Grand-Théâtre de Genève on March 30th, this time in concert version. He will be singing the role of Renato des Grieux, which he performed to great success last season in Bilbao.
Kunde is to share the stage with an excellent international cast that includes artists of the stature of María José Siri, the soprano who will give life to Manon Lescaut, and of Dalibor Jenis, the baritone who will be Lescaut. The musical director of this new production by the Turin theatre is Maestro Gianandrea Noseda. Vittorio Borrelli will be in charge of stage direction.
